Hey, there!

In case you didn’t know, Spring and Fall are not the only times to wear a trench. Yay! This summer, this classic look has gotten lighter in weight and is offered in fun summer colors to top off any outfit. This question was sent to me by Laura: I’m seeing lightweight trench coats. How do I wear these during the summer?

Trench coats in the Bay area are pretty common even in the warmer months especially in the city. They are usually utilitarian but this season trench coats are making more of a fashion statement. They are being offered in lighter weight fabrics, in colors instead of the standard neutrals, and have a nice flowing drape. Out of the many I have seen, this one is one of my faves.
